You're absolutely right that you need a legislative framework for this very small number of cases beyond 24 weeks. That in a sense does give a justification for both the CPS in bringing the case and the judge in reaching a guilty verdict. It's pretty tough on this 44 year old who's going to prison in order to draw No, but I guess what I'm saying is it's just dawning on me that we spend time in the UK saying the politics of Roe v Wade in the States don't apply here. But there are campaign groups that are trying to make it happen. And again, Danny Kruger was one of them.
