How to Talk to a Customer When You're Not Clear What to Do

Recently, in er, a few weeks ago, i chose to concel, like all my meetings and calls during the week. And spent so 30 minutes per customer, times more than 20, and almost 20 hours at thes age, just talking to customers. At the end of the week, i had so much clarity about everything i to. It immediately puts you at the head of the pack. I hear it from the horse's mouth and wa, most people won't do thati should they? Ye. Do they? No. There's no because you remember what people tell you, you remember how they tell it. You remember what they don't tell you as well.
