Introduction

A significant number of inborn human traits, when plotted, turn out to form a bell curve. We've been talking a fair amount recently about culture. Is there some sense in which it might also follow a normal distribution? Perhaps. But if so, what would that mean? Or if it doesn't following a normal distribution, what sort of distribution does it follow?
