The Relationship Between Ego and Non Ego
George Young has worked in some incredibly complex systems. He says many people don't have the awareness they need for a system's orientad view. The ego wants to continuously confirm its place, it its reality - this is the direct cause of all suffering. But if we can somehow give up that bias, somehow cut the roots of that, now we're in a better position to perform.
