Sematic Psychology

In somatic training, somebody tossed just the question out of, what is soma? And i thought that was a really interesting concept. We're stuck in this new tonian, cartesian paradime where just by saying, mind body, it's already splitting it ya toly. Yetw we love till we love to separate. Ouno, ala wats cand famously put it in any of them, in a li existence, like we've thrown a net over it. But the net is an illusion. The net, again, doesn't point to reality. It's all one thing.
