The Importance of Institutional Roles in Discrimination
If you're born with a cognitive impairment, there's something in a sort of metaphorical sense of unjust about that. So how would they look at a student and say this student's level of disadvantage is as a result of injustice? I think that for they to be an injustice, there has to be significant human or human institutional roles. Some of that injustice goes back to the apartheid era. And some of it quite frankly is attributable to the post-departheid government not being what it should have done to rectify the schooling system.
