The Importance of Non-Intervention in Antitrust
When most people think of robust antitrust they think of breaking things up. And so there might be a concern that you know if you break these companies up you are eliminating the very resource or capability however you want to call it to make advances in this space. The intervention though that I'm talking about is more of a non-intervention at least to begin with. It is a steadfast determination to avoid handing this market to two or three actors and that could come through a licensing regime that could come with the wrong form of regulation.
