Is There Any Harmony Between Language and the World?

Jared: If only we're so easy then I think the world would be a much more harmonious place. Lacan is pointing out it's not so easy there isn't this sort of pre-established harmony between language and the world or between the sexes, he says. Jared: The sexual relation presuppose that there's the possibility of the one right? We shouldn't even presuppose thatthere's like harmony underneath everything you know. It might be what makes you think that this sort of utopic harmony is even achievable or maybe not even like the right direction to go there.
