The Surface Area of Animals

Scientists have spent over a decade studying the surface area of animals. A cat surface area is actually like a ping pong table. When you cover your ping pongo table in cat, the ball doesn't bounce nearly as well. And a honey bee has the same number of hairs as a squirrel. The Georgia Institute of Technology are just astonishing. They were trying to work out ways of keeping things clean. So dogs obviously shake, or every animal has a different way of keeping clean. It's why you must never shave a dog. Even a really furry one - it's not good for it.
