Heinrich's first thought was that she was either totally incapacitated or already dead when the car ran her over five times. And his thought was she would at least be moving around a little bit and causing different sort of marks in the ground. We have an impact with an upright pedestrian, and then the vehicle starts running over a pedestrian that is severely injured and likely unconscious or dead. But heinrich coming and saying he's not seeing evidence of her moving prior to being struck by the vehicle. Does that make sense to you? Not really. Are you contradicting oscar?
