The case against Fox News is expected to go to trial in the next few weeks. CNN's John Defterios says it seems like an open and shut case, but legal experts say they have not ever seen a case as strong as this one. The judge seemed unimpressed by Fox's argument that Maria Bartiromo had questions about whether her conspiracy theory was actually true or if she even believed it.
