So if it was 70k, year for a teacher, instead of 50k, then you could be in the classroom half as much time so more professional development time,. or you could have half as many students, and it would be 50 times more enjoyable. I don't know, a teacher would have to tell me what would be meaningful to them, but you got to make it attractive.
