Are Mortgage Rates Going Up?
The fed is expected to raise it by 75 a b p s for the federal funds rate. Have we already priced that in? When we're over, like were, we're more than six and a quarter for mortgage rates. I'm still hoping somebody asks them what a house in greec tat is.
