Volunteerism Burn Out

During your time at google, you were doing what my friend anne simmonds calls lending your privilege. But in doing that, though, it sounds like there can be a volunteerism burn out where you're giving to everyone but yourself. Yet that's a constant, a like the sign wave your talking about with work like tha sign wave. I have with my, like, volunteering, or i guess what i do in the world, its like donjs, trying to give and give and give until you have nothing left. No, isn't the best thing to do.
