The Pros and Cons of Having a Legal Structure as a Dow Company
Trueflation is a Panama-based company that's raising money through the sale of tokens. The firm has set up an LLC Corp in Delaware and says it wants to use traditional banking channels for its business, such as bank accounts or API keys. It also provides data on chain which can be used by private equity funds who are interested in tracking inflation over time. 'They don't care about smart contracts. They care that it's immutable,' he said.
