HSBC admitted to creating special teller windows where drug dealers could just slide boxes of cash through without having to do fill out forms. Chase was hiring these folks to occupy this enormous warehouse and basically pretend to monitor accounts. But they were sort of asked to not review accounts and produce what they call S.A.R., suspicious activity reports. And the guy I interviewed got in trouble because he was actually doing his job.
