Laconian is a good success, I think, working with them and just reading their psychotic delusions as a text. So it's not so extreme and least about consequences. Instead of just going straight foot drugs and telling them just forget it all, it's all crazy. Just to try and work with a sort of text and help them analyze it and recover some of the material and maybe structure it just a little bit better than it otherwise was.
