How Do You Know if You Gain Lean Mass and Lose Fat Mass?

A p ratio itself gets challenging, because one of the scenarios that comes up is recomposition. A situation where you lose lean mass and gain which is a very bad outcome would both give you a negative number if you were calculating like a conventional p ratio. And so this metric in kilograms, basically rewards you for gaining lean mass and then essentially penalizes you for gaining fat mass in terms of your score. If the number's high, it means you had some really lean gains.
