Every single day write out the benefits, lessons and experiences that you've learned by implementing the plan that you used to achieve the goal. This is one of the ways i i changed the way i talk to myself as well. I would be sometimes defeating self, defeating negative. And if i see that on a journal, the simple process of writing it out allows me to say something different to myself as if i would talk to a best friend.
