The Effect of Digital Minimalism on Your Brain

After reading digital minimalism, I made a rule to only listen to podcasts for 50% of my day. The rest of the time it just has to be silent. This allowed me to have this overwhelming creativity at these points in time where previously I'd probably been blocking it because I was just pushing stuff into my brain. It's an incredibly valuable idea that we all naturally try to kind of fill all of our senses. But doing less of that I think is an incredibly valuable thing to do.
