The Role of Race in Literacy in North Korea

North Korea is a very interesting topic in that respect because when you talk about how the Japanese invested heavily in the North for their industrial manufacturing, there were geographic and practical reasons. But if you look at just like the state of living, there's really not many worst countries to live in on Earth in North Korea. So it makes you wonder? I think North Korea, their IQ level, are just as high as South Koreans, but it's more than they used to be.
