I think the only way that i personally learned a little bit more about tact and even some development, very minorly, was just through doing it through my jobs. I would also say that this is an industry that's going to be evolving for so many decades to come, so you don't need to know all this overnight. So if you want to get involved today, you can just take baby steps, really. That's what i'm trying to encourage, even in this conversation, is not necessarilyt everything sorted out to morrow, but to start getting involved and learning more about this.
