Is There Flexibility With Research?
Research is not something you just come out knowing how to do. So what are the risks? I think, like for me, that i think about is seeing a signal and then confirmation bias. You can't use research to inform every single decision in the business if it's just you doing it. But how do we enable other people to use it as well? And then also, maybe we'll hire more researchers. That's the main thing.
