Critical Thinking in Community Colleges?
In Massachusetts, critical thinking is not a separate course. It's in the overall objectives that is supposed to be across all of the courses. In California at the community college, and I retired as a community college teacher and counselor, it really seems to me that critical thinking needs to be the curriculum. And importantly, it would be taught across the curriculum but it really does need to be a direct attempt to teach critical thinking.
