Turkey and Syria
Turkey launched major airstrikes against the US backed SDF, which is the Kurdish militant group that the US backs in Northeast Syria. Turkey wants a buffer zone between the Turkish border and where these Kurdish forces are. And one possible solution would be for the Kurds to withdraw and Syrian government troops could deploy to the border areas. But this is never going to happen as long as the US is there is in the way. So we'll see what the SDF maybe at some point they're going to get fed up enough with the U.S. anyway.
