Practise the art of silence no less than 15 minutes each day by sitting in a quiet place and putting your mind in neutral. Picture peaceful images, like the placid surface of a lake. Do not always use prayers to ask for things. Spend most of your prayers giving thanks. Never use negative thoughts in prayer. And pray anywhere and everywhere, including the subway, at your desk, wherever. Have a child's heart and see beauty in the commonplacem more time for your most positive friends and give your new found positive energy to your more negative friends throughout each day.
