The SVR, the service for an intelligence of Russian operators that prepares these spies. The previous such spy was also trying to infiltrate something with relevance to military matters or military interests. My guesstimate would be that the SVR are running at this very moment, probably about 100 of them around the world. But the GORU is not running more than 20, or by now 18 because we've disabled two of them already.
