How Do You Set Your Strategy?
I know there's a lot of different methodologies as far as like how you could do it. So I'm curious, like how did you go about setting your strategy? What were some of the key kind of like questions you maybe like aligned leadership team around? Like what were the specifics? Yeah,. I had to confess that, you know, I haven't used any of those kind of official frameworks personally and you know, read some books on strategy for sure. But my approach is more document based than saying, "Let's write out almost like we're kind of looking at our business as an investor from the outside"
