Is the Data Protection Bill Going the Way of a Meicer?

The bill has expanded into the realm of platforms, then further on to non personal data. I feel like this really sort of widens the scope of where this bill can apply to and how it's going to be m implemented. This is the rereprotection bill. And er it is one bill to rule them all, as some would say.
