The average time per day for coding for a developer was 52 minutes. Mason McLeed from software.com says that's based on the data from over 250,000 developers. If I was to hand that off to a finance team that was having to cap X all that, they would be screaming. Now I understand why people like stock options and sell it instead of a pet out.
