Crowd fund is a relatively new way to invest in real estate. It's essentially you have developers, or what they call sponsors, who are raising equity in the markets from individual investors. You can really pinpoint the asset that you're investing in and its location. There are some specific tax advantages that crowd of unreal estate measures can take advantage of which we'll talk about later.
