Is It a Virtuous Cycle to Cultivate an Open Mind Set?

The government is inherently ano close minded, protessor of more inward focus. An that's where all the notion of sort of buraucracy and all that kind of comes in. So it was kind of a radical shift from the way government thinks about whatever they are trying to bild in. And i'm hopeful that it becomes not just an indian thing. I think even a just an indianting. India has one point three billion people. This is big enough, right? Ig if ye can just solve all o india's problems, that's still amazing. But we have the opportunity to export it and act as an example for the world over the next decade.
