Is There a Blueprint for Advancement and Career Growth in Telework?

There really hasn't been a blue print for advancement and career growth in a telework environment previously. And think that's so much why we've seen hesitation from certain large companies. Net flicks is the big one that comes to mind, that made a firm stand early on in the shift to remote work. Our relationship to work anto specific places, that tera of the work experience is severed, likely not coming back. So we need to figure it out. There's an imperative figured out to keep good people.
