The Relationship Between Satisfaction and Vulnerability

I was thinking about you I didn't interview with um the for the wild podcast a while ago and Something in that interview that really stuck with me was you were talking about how there was a direct correlation between satisfaction and vulnerability. In relationships we are always in relationship whether or not we are willing to acknowledge it or not Whether or not we have the capacity to be aware of it or not. There's some correlation between your ability to say To express What is true for you? What are you long for and your ability to be to experience satisfaction in this life.
