Ani, i do think our society is hard on men too. And it isn't just women modelling a different behavior. It's men being allowed to model that behavior too and not being penalized. We're almost out of time. Do you have any advice for how other people can go about finding mentors? Ani: There's a real lack of awareness of what a mentor really is. A lot them have been people within work contexts who have been a willing to be transparent about the organizational dynamics of that context.
