There were few hints that cunne gave clues into what's now called the neoantagen hypothesisreally kind of amazing, but leme kind of walked through it at first hint maybe was the idea that the cancers werethere's the strongest response. But then even within a cancer, there's something called tumor mutational burden, which is basically the amount of mutations you have. And people with high mutation rates are, and again, it's not a slam dunk predictor. Is by no means a perfect classifier, but people with higher rates or are more likely to respond.
