The vestibular labyrinth is what I'm going to talk about today. It's in your inner ear, it's a bunch of little tubes. When we move our heads, the endolymph also moves inside those tubes basically and it interacts with hair cells. So these hair cells are in a specific place in the vestibular system. If you go to the side or if you lean forwards... that's how you sort of know which way is down.
