Is Bitcoin the Best Compromise Instrument?
To break bit coin or to make alt coins inflationary, you would need to break the individual self interestedness or social cohesion that's coalessed on 21 million. Money itself, i think, is a cintripital network effect. We all want there's only one digital gold for a similar set of reaso this is the interesting question. It's amazing to watch people wandering around with this much money having made one weird libertarian decision at some point and sticking with it as a result.
