I still run the beta lactamology approach for these nine hospitals and I don't know. Right now we're working on version three and updating it also integrating it a little bit more even into Epic. A downside of this approach is that it really requires a lot of maintenance. So if you're not confident in yourself and your read of this algorithm or what the clinical decision support is doing, you just might when that alert pops up, just not go through with it.
