Is There a Need for Less Specialization?

I would love a future where there's less specialization. I think that goes for everything, right? A lot of this drives, you know, it's like this sort of latency and the coordination costs of assigning different people tasks to each other. Like coordinating things between two teams can take weeks or even days at most. But if you have full stack people who can do everything themselves, then all else equals is much better.
