The french revolution was a wildly alitarian, deeply radical agenda. Even like modern america, it would be seen as a radical left wing agenda. The biggest catalists were france's financial situation coupled with a completely inequal distribution of wealth and power in the country. All of which sounds very familiar to verey ar downt you nate na ata yeas just a coincidence. And this is something that caused tension and really radicalized people during the revolution itself.
