Ticketmaster and Live Nation

A few years ago, Live Nation and Ticketmaster merged during the Obama administration. There were some people who questioned this merger but it was able to go forward with certain restrictions that were designed to keep it more competitive. Now we've already seen that as a result of some of the stipulations that were put on this merger in the past, the Ticketmaster and Live Nation violated those.
