How I Transitioned From Skating to a Director and Choreographer
I was in the ice capades as a principal skater for eight years and I really loved it. So choreography to me seemed like the natural area to shoot for. We have a show called 1887 and that's a pure fantasy of a character named Tempest who is a time traveler. And with the audiences on the ships, they're there for vacation and they just want to be swept away. It's really nice for us to have that freedom.
