Ike: The beauty of doing your research is you should have some idea of what they're interested and what their background is. I let them know a lot of people have already done interviews before, but it's like, this is not for them. If you say something and you want it cut out, i'm happy to do that. Sometimes i do like to give a little bit of context as to who i am. But for the mostr like everyone i'm inviting on, i'm excited, toe so i show up already excited to speak to them. So i think that usually shows like, ok, i took the time to care.
