The Frustration With Machine Learning

I think it was a standing problem they were frustrated with. It was also more shared amongst larger organizations and organizations that really, this ML experiment was applied to something that was really revenue-generating for the business. You can't push a change that's going to cause you to lose on the order of billions of dollars. These things are so high stakes that the job can get pretty stressful.
