The results were inconsistent, but even more importantly, it didn't translate to traffic on my site. So in all of 2022, I got just under 300 referrals from Pinterest. It's not nothing, but it wasn't that much considering I spent over three grand on a consultant and ads. In that same year, I had almost 500 referrals from Instagram and I am not even on Instagram.

Sometimes, we learn through trial and error, babes.

Last season I was optimistic about what Pinterest could do for my small business. So I invested a little time, a lot of effort, and a few thousand dollars into pins on the platform.

But after giving it a go… I have some new thoughts.
