The World Cannot Live Without Russian Oil for Any Reason
This is what was intended when they made the decision to reopen their economy, relax the zero COVID restrictions and allow this to burn through. I still hold the view that 2023 is likely to be a significant up here for crude oil. We are eventually going to press up against limitations of supply and we don't have any spare capacity or inventory to buffer it.
