Chef Paul bocuz is a well-known chef in the French countryside. He has his own hunting lodge and regularly goes out to hunt with friends. Bocuz's favourite food is duck, which he serves whole on the bone over truffle sauce. The great chef loves this place so much that he comes there almost every day.
