Is the Infosphere Ineffective in the Ukraine Russia Conflict?

One of the big surprises of the Ukraine Russia conflict so far is how relatively ineffective the info sphere has been on the scale of things. I don't know if we've stopped them or we've just showed them, you know, it's like opening your jacket and showing them your 44 Magnum,. Maybe that we did that and say, Hey, you fuck with us, we'll f*** with you a hell of a lot more. We'll find out someday when the histories are written. But I think it is quite surprising that cyber has not been a significant factor as much as good old fashion state interest politics.
