Project Veritas vs New York Times

Project Veritas sued the New York Times and the reporters who published their attorney client comms. In December, he ordered the Times to give back all physical copies of those materials. The Supreme Court essentially says that the government can't use defamation as a reason to engage in what we call prior restraint. That is, you hear that a newspaper is going to run an unflattering piece on you and you run to court to get an injunction preventing them from running the article at all.
